As one of the organizers of the We Are Many arts and environmental festival that
was held in August in Saskatoon--I can say it was absolutely great having
Schryer's there. I thought I had good barbecue before, but Schryer's is really a
whole new level. And I wasn't the only one who thought so--there was a long line
of festival-goers at Schryer's essentially the entire weekend. Two thumbs up!

REAL smoked bbq here. His brother has a restaurant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana,
featuring smoked babyback ribs and the thought of them -- and how far away they
are -- makes Rick weep from time to time! Your product is really authentic and

I met these two BBQ guys at Regina during a competition. They have a great
Traeger BBQ pit that turns out some really good tasting BBQ. Saskatoon is lucky
to have such an eatery available to them. This is a fairly new business which I
know will do well, especially once there have been a few get to taste their
products. Matt and Jon are truly dedicated to producing a top notch product and
with their equipment I feel they will accomplish this consistently.

I had a late night event with 150+ people; Schryer's FAR surpassed my
expectations! We had Chicken, Ribs, and Pulled Pork served Hot, Ready and
Fresh throughout the entire night!!! ALL my guests were RAVING about the Great
food!!! I look forward to eating at, and bringing people to Schryer's Restaurant
when it opens in May!!! I can/have/will confidently refer Schryer's to anyone! (My
mouth has been salivating the entire time I've been typing this message, just
thinking about their food!!!)
